Bernie Carr and his staff go above and beyond to give us as consumers not only policies that we need, but they ensure that we as customers are indeed fully satisfied in every aspect of the policies we are receiving coverage through. I contacted the agency today and I was connected with Krystal. I instantly created a relatable relationship with her. I expressed I wanted/needed to explore options in attempting to lower my monthly premium and she absolutely understood my request and reasoning behind the request. She not only answered every single question I had but she went above and beyond to ensure I understood every single option available for me. She was able to make it happen and it was very evident why I chose this agency to begin with. She was knowledgeable and professional but most importantly relatable.
